SALTED SQUID GREEN CHILLI (Cumi Asin cabe Ijo) by DAPUR UMAMI
200 g squid salty, hot soak, drain and set aside
6 pcs green chili, sliced crosswise
4 pcs green chili, sliced
1 pcs tomatoes
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tsp cooking oil
100 ml of water
1 bks Saori Teriyaki Sauce
1. Finely chop garlic, sliced green chilies, cayenne pepper, and diced tomatoes.
2. Soak salted squid with hot water, for ± 10 minutes. Drain.
3. Saute until slightly dried squid. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add water, chili peppers, and tomatoes. Pour Saori, cook until done. Lift and Serve.
